Honestly, I don't think I've ever been inside of Jimmy John's. I always go through the drive-thru. Never had a problem at other places. Unfortunately. Your tall thin guy with a mustache obviously does not like what he does or he doesn't care about the customers. He was very rude. Had an attitude with me because I don't speak loudly. Took over 1hour to deliver my order and I’m less than 2 miles away. When I called the store, lady claimed they only have 1 diver well hire more. Definitely not going back.
