I went in for a late lunch. There were more than 4 people standing in front of the register as I approached, including what appeared to be the manager. No greeting, no acknowledgment from them as I stood there, waiting. After a minute, the manager and crew moved away, and another person, looking and acting confused as to why no one between he and I hadn't done anything, approached and looked at me with a smile.
