Great food but do ask for your reciept at college parkway location!
I ordered a TOASTED ITALIAN. They gave it to me cold. I asked them to toast it for me. Rude employee said, “No. I’d have to remake it.” It should have been asked when I ordered at the counter if I’d like it toasted. It shouldn’t be my problem but now I have to take it home and TOAST IT! I would’ve been fine really — but she was rude AF!
The food was ok but o don’t like how you can’t heat up or toast your tuna sub. Not everyone likes a cold tuna sub. So it really don’t Satisfy me
Food is always great..staff were friendly but didn't notice that I did had placed a mobile order until I walked in to JJ. They jumped up to make order and were fast just didn't notice order ahead of time.
Food was good, as you would expect. The store was dirty and the tables had food left on them. Some trash on the floor. After watching me clean my own table the employees took the initiative to start cleaning the store on there own.
