Very Disappointing Experience with This Location I placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app around 5:20pm and waited approximately 30 minutes without receiving any update regarding the status of my order. I called the store to find out what was happening. The employee who answered simply said “Hi,” without identifying himself or the store. What a joke of a place. Sat here for 15 minutes while five works made sandwiches yet couldn’t get mine out to me. I literally ordered a tuna with cheese. Simple enough. As I sat there and watched them work with no sandwiches actually coming out I asked for a refund. I’m not sure if what happened. But waiting 15 minutes for a sandwhich when only one other person in the store was ahead of me is crazy. And he still didn’t have his food when I got a refund.
