I love Jimmy John's, they make the best Italian subs! However, I feel the Blackfoot location is going out of business or broke 😕 it never fails to not have straws, napkins, sides I mean hell they can't even afford knives to cut the sandwiches in half 😭 it was so bad when I ordered a gargantuan one time and all I got was bread, cheese and Jimmy peppers, that was fun trying to explain to the manager that isn't a sandwich... Paid for a cookie, didn't get a cookie. That's life sometimes
Placed an order on the app and didn’t get my order for and hour and a half almost two hours super man about it. Lesson learned won’t do that again
