I had a fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s today! I want to give a shout-out to Kevin, who was working the counter around closing time. He was incredibly friendly, greeted me with a smile, and had my food ready in record time. I will always be back here!
By far my favorite JJ location! Food was great! Service was great! Nice friendly employees and fast at making sandwiches. Very clean and tidy as well. It was a nice change compared to some other locations I’ve been to.
I stood at the counter for about two minutes while you helped the guy who walked in the door behind me, first. I was standing there ready to order, but somehow the guy behind me gets your attention. He must have been a man of great importance. Very strange. When I realized how long it was taking, I walked out and got lunch somewhere else. *thanks for the response but Ive done my part. You can let your customer service team know, if it's important to you.
