WHERE IS THE MEAT??? I used to eat here all the time. They were above-average subs. But I came by and was starving, thinking I’d grab a sub and save the other half for dinner. Not sure what they gave me, but it wasn’t a real sandwich!!! There was ONE LAYER of salami, sliced so thinly you could see through it. Just saw a staff guy drop a sandwich bag onto the dirty floor of the kitchen, pick it up, and put it onto the food counter with the rest of the bags to serve orders in. He also did not wash his hands after this and before handing me my order. This was also while he was not acknowledging a customer that was standing at the counter. Won’t be coming back. Who knows what else is happening when customers AREN’T ACTIVELY WATCHING. Absolutely shocking lack of food safety. 9/25/26 4:30pm.

Came in 16 min after ordering to find the staff sitting watching something on a laptop and when I came in and they went back behind the counter my ticket for my order was still sitting on the printer. They hadn’t even started it and they weren’t busy just not doing their job. Super disappointing experience.

This is the worst JJs I’ve ever ordered from. It’s always hot in here with the front door propped open, as if it does not have A/C. The workers look miserable (most have been very friendly though) and the sandwiches aren’t made how they are asked for (asked for EZ mayo, sandwich was DRENCHED in mayo).
