Came in 16 min after ordering to find the staff sitting watching something on a laptop and when I came in and they went back behind the counter my ticket for my order was still sitting on the printer. They hadn’t even started it and they weren’t busy just not doing their job. Super disappointing experience.
This is the worst JJs I’ve ever ordered from. It’s always hot in here with the front door propped open, as if it does not have A/C. The workers look miserable (most have been very friendly though) and the sandwiches aren’t made how they are asked for (asked for EZ mayo, sandwich was DRENCHED in mayo).
The building does have a back enterance- Park near the Mongolian grill and you'll see the door. Sandwich was great, I'd say as advertised or better. I got the toasted spicy Italian- If you're on the fence with toasting... do it! Quiet inside for a calm lunch, seemed to be a busy online ordering spot. Tables, floors, and bathrooms were very clean.
Came in with my girlfriend (both 16) and we were immediately greeted by the manager (Oscar) who proceeded to make weird (borderline predatory) comments about my girlfriend to the point where she did not feel safe eating our food there. Would give a 0/5 if I could, would not recommend going while Oscar is on shift.
