We live less than 2.5 miles North of Jimmy John's & they only deliver to 18 mile north of the store but all over east and west of Cedar Springs that's absolutely ridiculous the campground is right next door & .5 miles from here is White Creek County Estates why on earth would you 🤔 not deliver a little bit farther North of your store?? Just asking seems like a lost $$ opportunity. So we ordered from somewhere else.

I do online orders for my grub, never a delay, never a problem.
So I walk in and go to the restroom to wash my hands. There are seven people behind g the counter working. There were two cars in drive through, one which came after I walked in. I come out of restroom to order, they look at each other and at me. There was absolutely a 45 sec uncomfortable pause as they do what they are doing with silence.
