I just sent someone to pick up a $200 order, I clearly checked no mayo, take mayo packets, take mustard packets and napkins. I got NONE OF THOSE. I’m feeding 20 people and we were on a schedule and at a remote site 20 mins from the location so there is no driving 20 mins to JJ’s again and back to the site wasn’t an option. Why is it so hard to read the order and how do you not check a $200 order. I wish I could get back my $40 tip!
Don't offer CUT 1/2 if you can't CUT 1/2. Takes 2 seconds. Do better. 4/21/26 STILL not cutting sandwiches in 1/2, STILL not giving napkins, mustard packets, or mayo packets. Today 2 sandwiches were specified "leave out bread"....got bread on both. GUYS do you care? There are other sandwich shops nearby.
Love the subs. Subs are loaded. Worth the money
