I purchased a sandwich, added extra ham and asked to toast my sandwich and she said No What kind customer service is that when I asked the lady Bonita was rude about I will not return is that to much to ask 🤣

I am very disappointed with Jimmy John's. I have always loved them. The last 3 times that I ordered with them, at the Oracle and Wetmore location, it takes an hour or more to get my food. I'm at work which is at Oracle and Auto Mall dr. I am literally like 3 minutes from them. I'm unable to leave work to go get food. They advertise as freaky fast, and have been in the past. I went there because they do lettuce wraps. I ordered a small Vito's lettuce wrap and regular chips. The sandwich was a lettuce wrap, and it had lettuce inside. It seemed more like a lettuce sandwich with some meat. The dressing was strong.
Extremely disappointed with this Jimmy John’s. They couldn’t get our sandwiches right the first time, and when we brought it to their attention, we didn’t receive a proper refund. We tried ordering again, hoping it would be fixed, but they made our sandwiches wrong again. Now we’re out the money we paid and left without dinner for the night. Mistakes happen, but repeating the same error and failing to resolve it fairly is unacceptable. Poor service and even worse customer support
