Jj's is always one of my go to. It's actually fast and the food quality is pretty good especially for the price. This store is a strong example of the brand.

The restaurant was clean, the cashier was nice until I accidentally tried to ask for sprouts on my sandwich (i haven’t been to JJ in a long time). she then seemed annoyed with me, i asked for a water cup while i wait, again seemed annoyed with me. as i was leaving i tried to say thank you & bye. completely ignored by the staff member at the end of the line, but the staff member who was moving bread said bye and was nice… idk just felt off and i don’t think i’d be comfortable going back.

Came in with a friend today. We paid over $20 just to be insulted as customers. I ordered a #2 he had a #6. We got home & discovered there was virtually no food on mine (only 3 #2 slices of roast beef, 3 tomato slices, a fist full of lettuce, and no provolone or onion as requested and paid for), and as for my friend he had the displeasure of finding a strand of black hair in his sub, belonging to the only person on shift @5pm.
