I’m leaving a 1‑star review based on both the poor food quality and the unprofessional customer service I experienced at this location on 8/19/26. Call to manager was initiated at 11:16am. I ordered a regular, untoasted sub, and the bread was crunchy, stale‑tasting, and not fresh at all. The toppings were sparse, but the biggest issue was the bread, tasted overcooked and completely unlike the fresh bread I’ve always received from Jimmy John’s. I come here daily for lunch and the staff is always friendly and quick to make the sandwiches. The restaurant is clean and has good vibes.
I ordered today a lunch I'm still waiting for an hour and a half later this isn't the first time I've had trouble with this store but it is the last time I'm ordering from them
Carlson was condescending. I asked for a little John and he proceeded to go back and forth with me about the correct name when I ask for the same thing every time at other Jimmy John’s.
Clean, quick service nice employees.
