Just placed an order on the app for this location. They instantly called us and said they didn't have any bread?? 630 on a Thursday and they are out of bread? Anyways when the young lady called she said it would be 30 minutes til they had more to which I said that's fine we will wait... Dead silence on the other end. I said "hello?" Jimmy John is goated anywhere you go for a sandwich!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE. Terrible customer service. Used my last dollars for a sandwich for my kids. Ordering ranch instead of mayo for my kids sandwich with kids right next to me. And no further customer service given in regards to explaining they only have a spicy ranch.!! Sandwich was not replaced to where my kids could eat it. And apparently no one that works there is required to give out their name if you wanted to complain about them.
I deal with long wait time for delivery which is fine bc I’m a nurse and I can just eat later if need be but I feel like this has to be on purpose my bag was open when I received it instead of closed and my bag of chips were in tiny pieces. Not a single chip intact.
