Almost every time I come to this jimmy johns, something has to happen. Most of the encounters are just rude staff members, but this time they had messed up my order and were rude. No matter what day of the week I come, its always the same exact horrible service. The food is always lukewarm and subpar. Im just about done coming here in general. Go to the subway down the street, you'd be better off getting better food and service there.

I wanted to get a toasted sandwich. Then they proceeded to tell me that they do not toast sandwiches, even though I got one last week. They also charged me for a combo then told me that they are out of drinks.

There was literally a plastic glove wrapped around my sandwich… I’m never ordering from here again.

They messed up my sandwich. They didn't put mustard or avocado on it like I asked. They barely put any mayo and gave my burnt bread. That was the nastiest sandwich I have ever had. They also forgot to give me my potato salad. I had to go up there and ask for it. Also, I have heard many people complain about being called puppy names there. Terrible place to get something to eat.
