Since I found out I have a gluten intolerance last year. I have had a hard time finding fast food I can eat! They have the best unwiches! One of my new favorite places to eat! Update: August 20, 2025 I love this Jimmy John's because the employees are usually super fast and friendly! They’ve become such a joke. Took over an hour for delivery, the estimate was 25 minutes. They sent Uber eats to deliver, the driver was moving at a snails pace, after arriving 40 minutes late she had to unplug her phone and confirm delivery as we were trying to get to a baseball game. They also forgot our drink as well. Has to be the worst and slowest Jimmy Johns in the area.
Motto - We are freaky fast. Uh no. It took 35 minutes to get 2 items a unwich wrap and chicken bacon ranch. Air conditioner was blowing so cold there was ice on the windows. Freaky slow is more like it.
I would give zero stars if I could because I received zero service. I walked in and there were 4 employees. Only two were doing something useful. The other two were standing around doing nothing. Besides a hello from one guy, there was no acknowledgement of me by the other team members. I stood there at the counter for nearly 2 minutes. Nothing. Nobody said anything to me.
