I ordered a giant #4 with onion, no cheese. I got cheese, no onion. (Ticket says add onion, but it doesn't say anything about no cheese.) Yikes
Service is no longer freaky fast. It took almost an hour to get our sandwiches. Once again, no names were on the sandwiches.
First and last time here! Zero options for toppings! Sandwich tasted like nothing! No flavor at all! The drink was sadly the best part. WAY overpriced for what you get. Why anyone would pick Jimmy John's over Subway or Penn Station is beyond me? My mistake
Today is the second time my job has ordered from this location and both times my food is the only one missing
