Food was great and brandy was rude and unprofessional every time I have to deal with her it's a horrible experience not a hard trust worthy employee like I have seen from the rest of the employees
UPDATE. This place still sucks. Hamilton should push this business out of here! Worst customer service. Clearly the franchisee doesn't care about their customers as I never received a follow-up. Have since taken my business elsewhere.
Ordered from west Hamilton location never got the food after paying for it on a delivery closed at 9pm ordered at 8pm. Now won't answer phone
Honestly, Christian is the best BEST worker ever! Every-time I go, he is there and my order is never wrong, it’s always good, and i get it literally so fast in the drive thru. Customer service is on 100%, Christian deserves a million dollars for making my meal so buss down. Don’t even get me started on how good they wrap my sandwich. Literally like precious cargo!
