They made my sandwich quickly . Didn’t realize when they asked if I wanted cheese that it’d go up & the lady marked down my order to where I could afford my sandwich . Very grateful for them today thank you guys so much . 10/10 rating
Pulled up at 8:55 which is 5 mins before posted closing time (I know close to close) to get me two kicking ranches. But the lights were off and closed. I wanted so badly to mix their kickin ranch with my chipotle vinaigrette for an epic combination of flavor explosions. Now I will never know the wonders that could have been….
I ordered a giant #4 with onion, no cheese. I got cheese, no onion. (Ticket says add onion, but it doesn't say anything about no cheese.) Yikes
Service is no longer freaky fast. It took almost an hour to get our sandwiches. Once again, no names were on the sandwiches.
First and last time here! Zero options for toppings! Sandwich tasted like nothing! No flavor at all! The drink was sadly the best part. WAY overpriced for what you get. Why anyone would pick Jimmy John's over Subway or Penn Station is beyond me? My mistake
