Rude employees, slow to make food. Had my takeout food tossed across counter at me.

I have been reluctant to order from Jimmy John’s as I have had bad service in the past from other locations. This one however went above and beyond with my order. I ordered a pick up order and the two employees I met when I went in to get my order were friendly and efficient! My food was delicious! They deserve a raise for their great customer service skills! I will get food from this location from now on and even for team meetings!
Lena was so kind and helped me decide what to get by using her knowledge of the menu. She was very professional and eager to help!
