Ordered via the jimmy johns mobile app. All of our sandwiches had something wrong, which I can overlook because all it caused us to do was picking toppings off. We were also missing three of our five drinks. Evidently there’s no way to request a refund via the app, so I called the store I ordered from. I explained the situation and the guy said “Can’t you just come to the store and grab them?”, which I ordered delivery for a reason. I love Jimmy John’s!! Quality of their sandwiches is top notch. The staff were friendly and greeted me as I entered the store. Made my sandwich quick and with a smile. It’s a brand new store and looks great inside. Stop by and check this location out, you won’t be disappointed.
