So, I didn't even end up ordering a sandwich this time. I've had sandwiches from this location before, and the food is fine, but the employees don't really ever seem like they're happy to be here. I understand if you don't like your job, or if you don't use this as a career, that's fine, but at least try to pretend like you like your job. Rude employees, slow to make food. Had my takeout food tossed across counter at me.
Jimmy John’s is always delicious, but the manager and employs went out of there way and made my day. Thank you
I have been reluctant to order from Jimmy John’s as I have had bad service in the past from other locations. This one however went above and beyond with my order. I ordered a pick up order and the two employees I met when I went in to get my order were friendly and efficient! My food was delicious! They deserve a raise for their great customer service skills! I will get food from this location from now on and even for team meetings!
