It seems that the HQ of Jimmy John's does not check on the quality of their franchisees. In the past, every JJ i visited had the highest quality and great tasting food. But recently I visited 3 different locations, in Mississauga, Canada, in Dallas, TX and today in Virginia. This is not the JJ that I am used to and loved. Quality deteriorating, service not as friendly, taste bland and caused my cramps, probably they wanted to get rid of some old turkey meat.
Store constantly takes forever with deliveries (1-2 hrs) and occasionally gets some under an hr. Don't call to inform the person that meal will take a while to getting delivered.
Stopped in to pick up my mobile order, and the experience was a blessing from start to finish. I ordered the Vito — absolutely delicious as always. I appreciated being acknowledged the moment I walked in; it set a positive tone right away. The process was so seamless it almost felt divinely timed — I walked in, let them know I had just placed my mobile order, and it was already being prepared.
