Ordered through the Mobile app for delivery, order came without the drink I payed for. Sandwich was made wrong (simple customization, adding/removing items from sub), the bread was hard to chew through. Called the store about my drink, they apologized and said they would send their driver back out once they got to the store. I never received the drink I payed for. Much better places in the area for not only Sandwiches but also service.
I love the food cuz cheap. I would still come when the struggle is over.
Ate here the other day, service was very fast and the food was good. However it made me uncomfortable that the payment system prompted me for a tip and there was no default zero percent option. You have to go through a few steps to opt out of tipping. EDIT - stopped by again 9 months later and they are still doing it yuck
