The sandwiches were great, but I wanted to leave this review specifically about the cashier. I wish I had gotten his name, but he absolutely made my and my kids’ day. We came in to grab lunch on Saturday 2/7 and my young kids were both visibly sad and not having a great day. The cashier noticed this, paid for two cookies using his own money, and gave them to us. I Used to love jimmy johns their food quality is different and doesn’t taste the same. Also sends your delivery to Uber Eats and it’s now taken over an hour with multiple switches of drivers to deliver to me and I live two blocks from the store. Cancelled. Wont order delivery again.

Food is great and fast as promised. Only complaint is how awkward the emplorees made it. Went in to get a pickup order and upon entering, none of the employees said anything. Like I'm the only customer in the store and there are 3 or 4 young male employees who all glance at me and say nothing. No Hi, be with you in a moment, nada. It was weird. Probably will stay going to the location on 350 because they're always friendly and welcoming. Not sure what was up with these guys but at least my food was correct.
