Look, it's Jimmy John's, you know what they are all about. This location is fantastic. They are always fast, accurate and friendly. The food tastes like any other location, nothing different. But I give them a good review for their customer service.
Quick friendly Service sandwich was made perfect like it was the previous times I’ve made orders there.
The employees were SO rude and condescending to me. I was unfamiliar with the Jimmy John’s menu, so I asked multiple times for clarification on what sandwich they were going to make me. When I got home to see my first ever Jimmy John’s sandwich, it was completely wrong. I’m disappointed in my experience and wish I had just gone to my normal sandwich place, Jersey Mikes.
