16$ for this? First time at a Jimmy Johns. Is this normal across all locations? 2 thin slices of meat, 1 slice of tomato and extra charge for hard cheese. Store was out of containers for potato salad. So couldn’t get that. They definitely won’t run out of meat for how little they give you. Sad to pay that much for so little. Last note. Associates were mad and yelling at each other. Seemed like a toxic work environment.

The food came out fine and the service initially did, too. There weren’t any other customers in the store but there were several employees. My family has been driving all day (4 year old, 2 year old, 1 year old) and they were a little tired. Not the employee’s fault. We were going to get them out of the restaurant so they wouldn’t disturb anyone and the kids spilled their bag of chips on the floor. I had one kid who was throwing a fit that we were leaving so I took him out of the store. All of the employees watched my husban... read more
