VERY impressive service! Efficient, clean and very friendly. Food was great!
Came to this location for lunch today. I have alot of food allergies and I told the staff that at the beginning. I ordered a veggie and specifically asked for 4 ingredients on the sandwich. The guy taking my order was kind and put it into the system correctly. The manager who was working the line preparing sandwiches did not follow the instructions correctly and added avocado to the sandwich which is something I have an allergy to. First time at Jimmy John’s, and it will probably be my last. The staff was the biggest problem, but the sandwich wasn’t much better. We were the only customers in the place, yet the service still felt awkward, dismissive, and unhelpful. When we asked for hot sauce or buffalo sauce, especially for the Buffalo Wrap, which is pictured with sauce on the menu, we were flatly told no. That was bizarre. Would give it a 0 star if I could. Whole family ate here… my dad got food poising so bad he nearly passed away 30 minutes down the road.
