Ordered online for delivery never got the delivery and no one called to check on the order at all.
Every time I put in a mobile order here I end up having to wait as if I just ordered the food. I put in my mobile order with The time set for as soon as possible, drove 20 minutes to get here and then got my food after people who ordered after I had already been sitting there waiting. What's even the point of doing the mobile order then. I don't get an infinite amount of time to spend on my lunch break. The food is great! But those pickles are fantastic!
First time trying Jimmy John's, and I must say that I was not disappointed at all. I had a toasted Italian sub with regular chips, which was delicious! 😋 This is a fast food place, and I went through the drive thru. Quick and great service! Loved it!
