I was not asked if I wanted it, but my sandwich was toasted. I did not know it would be automatically toasted. I hate toasted sandwiches. There’s nothing worse than hard bread. I was over toasted. It was so hard. Then to top it off, my ultimate Italian sandwich had so much oil on it, not only was the entire sandwich coated in, but there was a puddle of oil inside the wrapper.
