I'm sorry for saying this but there is no urgency in providing a quick sandwich anymore... waiting for 15 minutes (two times in a row) at the drive up window is just too long for a company that was founded on speed. The food that was provided was great but the time to get it was unreasonable. Something has to change.
The crew at this Jimmy John's is so friendly and hard working. I showed up 15 minutes early and they prioritized my order.
Employee complaint about parking but it's no lines for parking just wanted to hassle me about something otherwise food was good I guess
