Outstanding service and an excellent sandwich! The staff was friendly, fast, and very professional. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be coming back to Jimmy John’s!
They meseed up the Vito by forgetting the cheese and adding mayo. One of the employees was rude to me. They were playing explicit rap music over the sound system one day. Customer service never responded to me about my incorrect order. I will not return to this location.
Doors locked before closing.
I always order from this location when I’m at work and the people that work there are always so nice. I placed an order online for the 30 count box and I swear I chose today’s date 6/11/26 for pick up. When I called to check the status of the order I found out the system registered the pick up date as 6/12/26. Luckily one of the managers/employees (I think his name was Chris) said if I meant for today they could accommodate and have it done for today. I’m so grateful they were able to do this for me.
