I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar which is typically supposed to come with crispy fried onions. There was no crispy fried onion. Not only that but i ordered mini croutons on it as well and it didn't come with those either. I used to work at this location for jimmy johns and am well aware as to what comes on each sandwich. This is the poorest service I have received here and it almost feels like retaliation for quitting. Definitely not happy with this experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady at the window dropped my sub during the hand-off, and instead of apologizing, she asked me to get out of my car and pick it up off the pavement like I was on a sandwich scavenger hunt. I thought surely she’d take it back and make a fresh one. NOPE. I handed it to her and she hit me with, “Oh no, it’s wrapped,” like that somehow makes it pavement-proof.
