If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady at the window dropped my sub during the hand-off, and instead of apologizing, she asked me to get out of my car and pick it up off the pavement like I was on a sandwich scavenger hunt. I thought surely she’d take it back and make a fresh one. NOPE. I handed it to her and she hit me with, “Oh no, it’s wrapped,” like that somehow makes it pavement-proof. Great food! Great Service!
Food was fine, it's always good. When I walked in however, the girl at the front scoffed at me and rolled her eyes to ask who the food was for. I'm sorry it's 2 hours before you guys close (didn't think that was too close to 10pm), so I didn't think the scoff or the eye roll was necessary. Then she handed me the bag and walked off. I don't expect anything but I just thought she was rude from start to finish.
