I placed a delivery order through Jimmy John's online system, where tipping was clearly marked as optional. A few minutes later, I got a call from the store asking if I wanted to leave a gratuity. When I politely said no, the employee replied, “Well, I don’t think the delivery man will want to deliver the order, then.” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Went here at about noon on Thursday May 1st for a quick lunch break. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I got a few modifications on my sandwich and they made it perfectly in maybe the fastest I have ever gotten my sandwich at a Jimmy Johns
