Jimmy John's Restaurant by Costco in Parker restored my taste for a delicious sub sandwich in a good ole' fashion, hard- working, clean establishment. Many other sub places just don't have the quality, taste, cleanliness, and service. The owners are amazing and actually care for their employees and their customers and their reputation. I placed a delivery order through Jimmy John's online system, where tipping was clearly marked as optional. A few minutes later, I got a call from the store asking if I wanted to leave a gratuity. When I politely said no, the employee replied, “Well, I don’t think the delivery man will want to deliver the order, then.” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
