I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Monday, April 20, 2026. This was my fifth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy going in and out where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. I recently joined Freaky Fresh rewards and it is so worth it! The staff were friendly, respectful but soft spoken and good at their job. I am sure I will be back soon! (Written 5-3-26)

I have ordered from here multiple times before 8pm, you guys close at nine and this now is the third or fourth time I have had my order cancelled. I am the one to call the store to see what happened and it seems that you are out of bread every time I call. If you guys close at 9 how do you run out of bread by 8pm if it’s a sandwich shop? Also every time I call you guys say you have called me but haven’t what so ever, and the teenagers answers the phone are always cocky or rude.

This location has learned nothing. They seem only to cater to the lunch, early dinner crowd as they are always closing shop before 8pm. Doesn't matter anyway they never have bread after 6pm. What I find odd is that in Milwaukee, in general, you will find some of the worse customer service. However the staff in West Allis is bang on.
