We used Jimmy John's for pregame sandwiches for the 2025 football season at Dundee Crown HS they did a great job working with us every week for 9 wks. Logan the GM was super helpful and very nice to work with. The boys enjoyed the sandwiches and we will definitely work with them again next season!!
My daughter loves Jimmy John’s sandwiches to take to school. Ordered her sandwich and a couple extra this evening and put it in the fridge for tomorrow. Once we were getting her lunch ready for school we noticed all 3 of our sandwiches were wrong. Their website says they close at 9 called since 8:30 with no response. There is no way to request a refund or review that our order is wrong on the app. So I’m forced to deal with this in person. I have all three subs that will go uneaten. i will gladly take them back to the store ... read more
They need to close this location the people making the sandwiches don't care at all and its clear by how they make the sandwiches...sloppy, barely eatable because its falling apart with how much mayo they put on and thats without asking for extra...I made the mistake of giving this place another chance I guess that's on me...even though its 1 minute from my house ill be going to a further location highly dissatisfied that this location is still garbage....
Sign on the door saying "we'll be right back". Two woman came out the back wearing sports bras and no JJ uniform. What the hell is going on here?!!?
