I'm sorry but this is not ok the food ratings are going down for this location. I have been here 2 xs this month 1st they messed up my order and offered to replace it with a free sub. Went today to give them another chance because we all make mistakes and also purchased 2 additional sandwiches. So sad photo should be enough to see what I'm speaking about will not be returning to , my favorite location not due to customer service but poor quality on an already over priced sandwich. I come all the way from the east side of Elgin to this location because Mike is very professional and great attitude! Above friendly service, clean restaurant. It seems to me he is a great leader! He definitely has the values to be one if he’s already not one. Jimmy John’s is way way better than any other sandwich shops in my opinion. Thanks Mike and team!!
