It's not the stores fault. The Corporate Offices determine the delivery boundaries at every single store in the US. The franchisee has no leeway when it comes to where they can or can't deliver. Every delivery zone must be within a two mile radius of the store to ensure a "freaky fast" delivery. I know many owners who wish they could go further then they are allowed. Friendly staff, clean, and great put together subs!
I'm sure the food at this Jimmy Johns is as delicious as every other franchise, what sucks is the service. Apparently their strict turf boundary is Bolcum Road, and my address, which is less than a quarter mile past Bolcum, is just plain too far (according to google maps I'm 3.9mi from JJs). It's a shame, you would think JJs would want the golf course and corresponding subdivision's business if only it weren't for that damn Bolcum Rd....
