There was just me and one lady , waited for almost 10 mins and staff ignored us . They did not even ask to wait a few minutes and we were the only customers. Strange.
Toasted sandwich was a let down. Who toastes all the veggies and meat etc. I would think it would be more like a potbelly style with the meat and cheeae heated but not the veggies. Also my tomatoes were all soggy and ripe 🤢🤢 ill stick w jersey mikes location instead. Not to mention i waited 10 mins for a pick up order i was on time for.
Stopped on my lunch break and spent the better portion of 20minutes waiting for the damn sandwich.. there was only 3 customers and 6 people working. soo where did the wait come from??? Freaky fast who? Couldn’t have been jimmy John’s in Huntley. #Frustratinglyslow
Isaiah was extremely rude unprofessional. I will no longer be coming to this Jimmy John's.
