I guess when you order no onions and tomatoes it means extra to them. You call and they never answer. I do not recommend this place

I ordered a single sandwich. I could make it at home and 30 seconds if I wanted to, but I really wanted To eat at Jimmy John’s in particular. I chose delivery, which in hindsight, was probably the worst mistake anyone could make in the history of the world. What would normally take roughly 10 minutes, took over an hour and a half. I’m not sure if the delivery driver just didn’t know where the gas pedal was, or maybe didn’t understand what “as soon as possible” as I requested meant. I order sandwiches from this location on DoorDash often and they are always really tasty and well made sandwiches!
I had a bad experience with the store three years ago. They were busy and forgot to deliver my order and when they eventually delivered it was incorrect, however since then I have had nothing but good experiences and they've always had great food so I'm adjust my review to reflect that. They are so much better than Port of Subs who decided to move in next door. Port of Subs is trash.
