Very disappointed today. We went to the JJ on Wilcox. They were out of pickles and tomatoes and their fountain drinks very overly carbonated. This is the second bad experience in a row we have had a this location. When we got our subs unpacked there was hardly any toppings on them and the bread was hard and dry. It's like the restaurant is driverless. Needless to say, they have lost a customer. We will now be going to Port Of Subs next door.
Slllllooooowwest JJ I've ever been too. Watching these folks make sandwiches is painful. They seem confused on what is what. 5-7 minutes to make a single sandwich is painful to watch. Someone get these folks some training from another store or something. It's freaky sloow here. And still make the sandwich wrong compared to what is on the ticket.
It’s very upsetting to see the workers here who can’t serve food properly, this place skimps heavily on food portions and when I went to the counter to adjust the mistake made, I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism on top of making me wait for over 20 minutes.
I came in on Thursday 5/28 for a 12pm order pickup. Arrived at 12:15 and my order was not ready, and the 2 individuals working were not even making sandwiches. The store was packed with people and absolute chaos. I then called Jimmy Johns hotline to request a refund as my sandwich was not ready, and they stated the store would be in contact to process.
