20 minutes in the drive through for jimmy John’s is crazy enough. To get my order wrong after all that is crazier. To have to remind the cashier what my order was AND have to remind her to charge my card, is bonkers.
Good food when I don't want to cook. But why oh why do you forget to add the mustard onto my sandwiches? Last 6 sandwiches had no mustard (after requesting mustard).

RUDE EMPLOYEES, I just came through the drive through and was deciding what I want to eat and I hear through the speaker as I’m pulling off someone mock me and what I just said which was “um actually nevermind I’m ok.” To which I heard it repeated meanly by someone on the headset
