Went through the drive though order 4 sandwiches. Ordering took 20 minutes. Pulled up to the window waited and waited 30 minutes. This Jimmy John’s has gone down hill dramatically!!

Jimmy John’s has gone downhill drastically since my college days. They need to improve their recruitment because the people they are hiring are mediocre at best. One of the employees was complaining loudly about her job the entire time, talking over my food (who knows how much of her spit went into my sandwich). Super unprofessional. Multiple staff members present, all did nothing to correct her behavior.

Worst run restaurant. I have not been here in years because the service was so bad last time but I thought I would try again. I ordered 3 pieces of bread through the drive thru. I was the only car in line. I waited 8 minutes at the window and no one ever even came to it. I finally drove off.

I’ll never go back to this one and it was our first time there. It’s my daughters fave place to go in general but this one was just ridiculous .. she loves the #5 but they Soaked her sub in the dressing (she tried to eat it in right away in car -not later like it had gotten soggy or something) and she could not eat it, gagged and kept spitting it out. Slower than anything I’ve ever experienced. On a regular basis. This is by far the worst restaurant you’ll ever visit. You know what you’re getting at least. Plan for a 30 minute wait.
