I was waiting at the window for my toasted subs today during lunch, and I could see and hear the girl taking someone’s order at the speaker. While she was doing that, I heard yelling from inside because the drive-thru window was open. Things were a little hectic, but she kept her cool and didn’t miss a beat. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares about people. I come here pretty often, and she’s definitely one of the regular faces around.
i ordered one of the toasted subs and a turkey sub. i asked them to toast the turkey sub also and he said they cant toast it. i will never come back to this location when the other store did it. lazy ppl. doesnt take but 15 seconds to toast it. worst service i ever experienced and i am here 4x a week
Messed up my online order, left me on hold when I called to report it, then blocked my number when I tried calling back. Nothing rude said to them and this is the service I received. Your order from Krishna Management LLC - 2033 Buford Hwy has been delivered. This uber person offered no help, just call the store it's not her fault
