The person at the counter taking orders clearly needs to work on their listening and communication skills as both sandwiches we ordered were wrong. Mine was supposed to have added onion and pickles, removed tomato and mayo. I cannot stand mayo and it was as if they added EXTRA mayo. The second sandwich we were asked if we wanted everything on it and we said yes as it comes. We got a sandwich with everything that comes on it standard, plus all the added on extra freebies. How do you run out of bread and then lie about how long the breads gonna take. Half hour to an hour and half? Make that make sense please
My sandwich did not have the requested customizations. Online order also said it was ready to be picked up but it was not.
1308 Aug. 9th awesome service and quicker than about reading this! Guys waiting on me were freaking awesome! Great sandwich! Italian with a little spice! Once again about the young men behind the counter, they brightened the day with there attitudes! Very clean and temp inside was nice
I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s and I’ve been going to this location for the last 6 years, but some has changed. I used to be able to stop here for a quick lunch, now I avoid this place like the plague unless I have 30-40mins to burn. They are so incredibly slow! don’t come here over lunch or you’ll end up back to work super late. The last 4 times I’ve been here I’ve burned roughly 2 hours just waiting, mind you I order ahead and there have only been one or two cars in line. Ridiculous.
