I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. Not only was the food GREAT but the customer service was AMAZING!!! Thank you Jimmy John’s!

Jimmy John's now has warm subs!!! This is big for me because I love warm food. Right now there are only 3 warm subs. We got the chicken, bacon, ranch. They never had chicken prior to this. It is sliced chicken like the rest of their meats but it was very good. The staff was friendly and the service was "freaky fast" this time which I have had trouble with in the past. This visit changed my opinion of this location and we will be back when we need a quick yummy meal.

Cleanest bathroom I have ever been in in a restaurant. Great customer service, 13 sandwiches made in less than 15 minutes and the kickn chicken wrap is kickn!!! Will definitely visit again.
