My husband and I are vegetarians so we are super easy and always get the veggie, it’s a simple sandwich just veggies, cheese and avocado spread we usually ask for extra veggies and oil and vinegar because it’s not the most exciting sandwich. But we got our $15 dollar sandwich today and realized there was little to no avocado spread on it so it was super dry, if there were extra veggies on it you couldn’t tell and we each had to put o our own dressings on it to make it edible. They were absolutely amazing! I had a long list of sandwiches to feed a group and they not only finished them "freaky fast", but also labelled them all with the names of who got what sandwich. With a busy, stressful day they really helped!!
UPDATE: I did get a phonecall from JJ's and they want to make it right and are sending me a gift card to give them another chance. I'm happy to see that some companies are pulling out of their handsoff post pandemic haze and getting back to their core metrics and focusing on customer service. Changing from 1 * to 3 *. I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. Not only was the food GREAT but the customer service was AMAZING!!! Thank you Jimmy John’s!
