Terrible. Paid $16 for the world’s flattest sub. I did an online order for a turkey tom and asked to add pickles and onion, it was missing both, then I asked for light mustard and it was on there so much that it leaked out of the bottom when I took a bite. It barely had any turkey, two little slice and no toppings except lettuce and 2 tomato’s. It was more bread and mustard than anything. We had never eaten at a Jimmy John’s, figured we’d give it a try. Was very impressed with the quality of the food, good size portions that had that fresh prepared taste and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable, made the ordering process much easier.
