My delivery order took two hours. By the time the sandwiches arrived, the bread was incredibly soggy and that ruined the meal. I sent feedback to Jimmy John’s, but no one from the store contacted me.
Didn't write down our order correctly or follow the incorrect order correctly. Our corrected toasted sandwich was thoroughly burnt and the bread was not fresh for the other sandwich.
