There was a BONE in my chicken sandwich. I told the cashier and told them to tell manager and I sat down, manager never said anything to me.
For a place that always advertises as "freaky fast" they are the exact opposite at the Bulverde TX location. Have been in here a handful of times and always wait over 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. At other locations it's usually done before you finish paying. Kinda of sad that there are 3-4 employees working, and it takes this long to get your food. I would understand if maybe there was a line but it's usually just me sitting here looking at two other customers wondering what the hold up is.. Should change the name to Fr... read more
