Stay away from Jimmy John's if you plan on actually getting your food or your order correct! Ordered delivery for my employees driver showed up with a drink and 2 bags of chips no sandwiches and said oh well that's what they gave me. The phone was a busy signal for over an hour so I ended up having to drive to pick up the delivery I paid for. I wasn't going to leave a revue until I got back with the bag just to find the order wasn't even complete and the staff never even put the ordered condiments in the bag!
I stopped by today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. The woman taking the order (with big 80s-style hair) was incredibly rude and dismissive. She seemed visibly annoyed by even basic questions about the sandwiches — like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
