I placed an online catering order that came to $281. By card was billed three times. I received no confirmation email. The next day I called to see if they had the order and informed them my card was billed three times. They had the order so i went to pick it up and asked them to refund the other transactions. They said the manager needed to. I asked for the managers name and number. They said he likes to reach out to customers and would not provide it. Been a few years since I was last here Came in after a LONG shift at work and the staff was awesome. James,Cayden, Yosef were very friendly and made me feel at home Will have to frequent more often when in town
Pretty solid. I did place my order as I was going to leave work and ended hp having to stay like 45 more minutes. When I went to pick it up the employee had ate my sandwich Lol. Which honestly I couldn’t care less about. He made a nee one within minutes and I was on my way.
All Jimmy John's locations have had excellent sandwiches, customer service and they're really fast at getting you fed.
