Came to enjoy a sandwich from this amazing place and was so disappointed. The one star is for the landlord who refused to renew their lease. Wow. Just wow. This Jimmy Johns was always 5 out of 5 stars. The landlord gets 0 out of 5 stars from me
The manager is very unprofessional. Half of our order was missing when I told him about the missing sandwiches he did not take any accountability or make effort to fix the issue instead he blamed the morning shift for forgetting items in our order. Never eating here again
I am currently at this location (09/28/2024). Food was good. Service is acceptable. Loud rap music playing. Every customer I. The location while we have been here is NOT a person whom likes this type of music. The owner needs to ensure customer appropriate music is all that plays while customers are present.
Great service and the Garg and pickle were exactly what I expected! I won't talk about price to product ratio because in California that is not a rational concept--which is an invitation to eat at home. The bathroom had a handwritten "out of order" sign on it. That isn't a great banner.
