Management needs to properly staff their store during peak hours, and accurately reflect wait times on the app. I ordered online for ASAP drive thru and had to walk inside and get a refund for my order ~15-20mins after I placed it. Staff clearly could not handle the amount of orders coming in. Very disappointing.

Ordered online and my sandwich was missing the avocado spread. I called and they immediately took responsibility and remade it, no hesitation. When I picked it up, it was ready, the guy was super kind and well spoken, and he even added extra avocado plus chips! I was this close 🤏 to scraping the roof of my mouth off on a Subway sandwich, but Jimmy John’s came in clutch. Customer service absolutely outdid itself.
