They are very slow. 15+ minute wait times. We came in during dinner one night and they were "out of bread". There was cooked bread on the rack.
Picked up my 62.00 order and the guy behind the counter came around to the drive thru window with his eyes bugged out like he was high as high could be. Sad
Normally, i get decent subs from JJ. But today our sandwiches are poorly made. Paid $7.00 for this three pieces for meat and bread. They also forgot to add the cheese. Another sandwich had more cheese then meat.
The sandwiches have improved since they have introduced the toasted sandwiches. The lunch crew is good; at lunch the food and service are good. The dinner crew is the exact opposite. I tried to go 2 weeks ago, waited for 10 minutes with (1) car in the drive through. I had to drive off without ordering. Went tonight, heard the same voice on the speaker as the night I drove off and knew it was going to be bad. Was able to order this time - a sandwich and a wrap. Food not fast, made sloppy the drama in the store from the Lord of the rings ogre named Tierney they got working for this store is ridiculous.
