Multiple times the workers choose to ignore the drive thru and refuse to do their job. Inside the workers are rude and lazy. Never going there again
Really bad service ordered through their website and it took them 40 min to find my order and another 20 to get to me definitely would not recommend this place and they didnt offer a refund.
Just picked up 3 sandwiches at 1 pm and either you served us 3 day old bread or someone there doesn't know how to cook bread properly. The bottom is hard as rock. If work at Jimmy John's and you can't bake bread properly then maybe you shouldn't work there
