I placed an order of roughly 90 mini subs for a graduation party last week. Staff were very helpful & patient with explaining the logistics (math) involved. Upon pick-up, they were on time & provided enough napkins, mustard & mayonnaise packets to feed an entire New York City block. Highly agitated customers and not one friendly employee. 45 minute wait for online order of 2 sandwiches. No more freaky fast for this place. Would not recommend.
I went in for lunch today. It was packed. They were handling a catering order and a line full of customers. I heard a few impatient people complain about having to wait a few minutes for their sandwich. All i saw was a hard working crew absolutely killing it under all that pressure. Thanks JJ crew!
Place is so damn frustrating to visit during lunch. Shit show every time. Go to Milios across the street
