I was over charged for an order and was told there would be a credit in my name and to come in in person ask for a manager and the manager would know exactly where to find the credit. I eventually did come into the store in person and was told by the manager emma that there was no credit and I informed her I walked to jimmy johns on my lunch break just for her to tell me I need to calm down and to get out of her store after I only simply tried to explain what was told to me by the manager at the time. Super frustrated to spend almost $50 for three combos and to be budged while waiting to order in the drive thru and to have our orders wrong. I've been coming here for a while and it seems to be getting crappier and crappier.
My husband and I got food here yesterday and it gave us food poisoning.
