Spare yourself the agony and don't go to this store. They messed up our online order for a business meeting, and when I brought the order back to the store, I was treated rudely (same guy in the red shirt that someone else reported being rude below). When I ask for the manager and a refund, the GM simply blamed the "new girl" for the mistake, right in front of everyone. I said I'm a manager too, why not train her better instead of blame her? Pulled up quickly and walked in and right away I couldn’t tell if the store was open. I asked the guy there and he didn’t answer me. I asked him why he wasn’t answering me and he said it was obvious that they were closed. Door was unlocked, lights on outside and lunch time. He was extremely rude. I have never had an experience like that and am very disappointed in this store.
The guy in the red shirt was extremely rude to me. I asked for a turkey sandwich and when it was time to pay he told the cashier to refused my money.
