The person working should be fired. He is awful. Didn’t ask me what I wanted on my sandwich. Didn’t realize he was making my sandwich when he started. I asked him not to put tomatoes on it. He acted as if it was a huge inconvenience for him to remove the tomatoes He said is there anything else as he started adding other things, I realized it didn’t have mayo. If you want a better sandwich and experience I encourage you to drive just a little bit further as if you're going to Target. You'll see Jersey Mike's. It is miles better in all aspects from Jimmy John's.

My food was taken out of the garbage and handed to me. Ordered online 30min to close. Got there a solid 10min b4 close as I'm on my break at work. Walk in the door and they had just thrown a bag of food away well before close. Turns out it was my food and they proceed to pull the bag out of the garbage and hand it to me. No apologies, no offer for anything.

They made my sandwich with no meat. I was on the way to the hospital to take my father to radiation therapy, sitting in the waiting room, and there's no meat in the sandwich.
