Nothing about this location was good. From the moment we walked in the door the staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Had to make 4 attempts at ordering a sub because "we dont have that ingredient" was a common response. The subs were clearly just slapped together with 0 care, and a complete mess once we took them out of the wrapper. The restaurant itself was filthy, almost felt like taking a shower after walking out. JJ needs to just save their image and shut this location down! Avoid here at all costs!!!
I still never received my food. Ordered delivery, and two hours later—after multiple calls—nothing arrived. Four Uber drivers tried to pick it up, but somehow it went to someone else. They remade my sandwich, sent another driver, and still nothing. Address was correct. Complete waste of time. Never ordering from this place again. After reading more reviews, it sounds like this is a common theme for this location.
If I could rate zero stars I would. This location clearly has issues with time management and I am not the only one who has had to wait over AN HOUR AND A HALF (it’s still not here by the way) for their food to be delivered. I called to see what the status of my order was because I normally get a notification “out for delivery” and the guy who answered the phone said he would contact the delivery driver. Order delivered an hour late. Chips missing. Poor phone communication and customer service to resolve. Would not choose this location.
