Like many others, I did not have a good experience with their delivery! What the heck? If you’re not going to deliver my order at least cancel it and refund my money… this is theft. Who are you even hiring that they can even be this incompetent? People really just hire anybody these days it’s crazy. I should have checked the reviews beforehand.
Had a bad experience before, no delivery for hours and wanted to cancel and refund. They said they were already on it. Never got the refund but 20 dollars isn't enough to deal with people repeatedly. Decided to give another chance yesterday. Ordered at 6pm, no delivery and store closed at 7pm. Unless I miraculously get a delivery today to make up for it, definitely not ordering here again.
It's Monday at 6:20pm I put in an order half an hour ago in order to quickly pick it up and be on my way as I'm in a hurry. Too bad I showed up and had enough time to write this review because the employee was sitting on his phone with his head down and never noticed an order. Why let me order online at all?
I'm only doing this review because my coworker spent almost $40 to buy us lunch cause today is my birthday and she got a combo with a diet coke and they did not bring the drink. I called and they said they would bring it to her. After more than an hour I called back and they said they could credit it to the phone number. Well we're at work and we ordered online so how can a credit to the phone number do anything?
