The order was ready when I arrived. The new toasted sandwiches are very good.
Last 2 times ordered delivery, didn't show up! No cancelation call either. Horrible service.
This was our first time going to JJ’s in Brooklyn Park. We got to the door and there was a sign that said they were “closed for Easter”. Today is Saturday April 19TH… AND it was about 6:30PM when we arrived. I thought the sign was for tomorrow, but as I grabbed the door handle it was already locked. I ordered delivery to my job and they never bothered to make my order. Called the store three times with no answer. The tracker said my order was delivered so they must have faked completing the order in their system to get out of working. Go ahead and skip this location if you would like your order to be completed.
