I placed a large 60-piece catering order with the Downtown Jimmy John’s for a 5:15 p.m. delivery. When the order hadn’t arrived by 6:00 p.m., I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Charlotte. She immediately took ownership of the situation and explained that after 4:00 p.m., deliveries are fulfilled through DoorDash or UberEats. This one is subpar and they try to give you the combo without asking and get a little attitude when you don't. I want my food without a side of attitude
I walked in, asked for 6” sub with lettuce, turkey, and cheese. When I opened the sandwich I realized that’s not what was given to me. The bread/toppings were far less than I ordered, and the size of the sandwich would have barely fed a little kid. When I came back in to ask for it to be remade, I was met with hostility and attitude.
